Application & Puppy Offer Policy

All applications are reviewed and processed strictly in chronological order based on the date of original submission. Submission of an application does not guarantee puppy allocation.

If a puppy becomes available and an applicant is deemed suitable at the breeder’s sole discretion, notification will be issued simultaneously via text message and email.

The applicant must confirm continued interest within 24 hours of the time the notification is sent. Failure to respond within this period will result in the offer being automatically withdrawn and extended to the next eligible applicant. No further correspondence will be entered into.

Upon confirmation of interest, a 5–10 minute telephone consultation will be scheduled to discuss matters relating to the puppy. Following this call, and only if both parties agree to proceed, a contract and reservation documentation will be issued via email within 20 minutes.

The applicant will have 24 hours only from receipt of the documentation to:

  • Return the signed contract, and

  • Pay the required holding/reservation fee in full.

  • Advise they need more time (I am flexible if communicated appropriately)

Failure to complete any of the above within the specified timeframe, will result in the puppy offer being rescinded and the application archived.

Due to a high volume of applications and prior instances of non-responsive applicants, any failure to respond at any stage of the process will result in immediate forfeiture of the offer without notice.

The breeder reserves the right to withdraw an offer, decline an application, or amend this process at any time.
