Puppy Offer Policy

Application Review
All applications are reviewed in chronological order based on the date of original submission. Submission of an application does not guarantee puppy allocation.

Notification of Available Puppies
When a puppy becomes available and an applicant is deemed a suitable match, notification will be sent via both email and text message.

Confirmation of Interest
Applicants must confirm continued interest within 24 hours of notification.

  • Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in the puppy offer lapsing and being extended to the next eligible applicant.

    Follow-Up Conversation
    Once interest is confirmed, a brief 5–10 minute telephone call will be arranged to discuss the puppy and answer questions.

  • If both parties are satisfied, the contract and reservation documentation will be emailed immediately afterwards.

    Contract & Reservation Fee
    Applicants have 24 hours from receipt of the contract to:

  • Return the signed contract, and

  • Pay the required holding/reservation fee in full, or

  • Request additional time (reasonable flexibility may be considered if communicated promptly).

  • If these steps are not completed within the stated timeframe, the offer may be withdrawn and the application may be placed on hold or archived.

    Responsiveness Requirement
    Due to the high volume of applications, applicants must remain responsive throughout the process. Lack of timely communication may result in withdrawal of the offer to allow fair consideration for other families.

    Breeder Discretion
    The breeder reserves the right to:

  • Decline any application,

  • Withdraw an offer, or

  • Amend this process as necessary to ensure the best outcome for each puppy.
