Application & Puppy Offer Policy

All applications are reviewed and processed in chronological order based on the date of original submission. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee puppy allocation.

If a puppy becomes available and an applicant is considered a suitable match, notification will be sent via both text message and email.

Applicants are asked to confirm their continued interest within 24 hours of the notification being sent. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, the puppy offer will lapse and be extended to the next eligible applicant.

Once interest is confirmed, a brief 5–10 minute telephone chat will be arranged to discuss the puppy and answer any questions. If both parties are happy to proceed following this conversation, the contract and reservation documentation will be emailed shortly afterwards.

Applicants will then have 24 hours from receipt of the documentation to:

  • Return the signed contract

  • Pay the required holding/reservation fee in full

  • Or advise if additional time is needed (reasonable flexibility may be considered when communicated promptly)

If none of the above are completed within the stated timeframe, the puppy offer may be withdrawn and the application placed on hold or archived.

Due to the high volume of applications received, we kindly ask that applicants remain responsive throughout the process. A lack of response at any stage may result in the offer being withdrawn so we can move forward fairly with other families.

The breeder reserves the right to decline any application, withdraw an offer, or amend this process where necessary to ensure the best outcome for each puppy..
